What is the delivery time once the order Is placed?

•   For the items that are in stock, we ship within 2-3 business days (Unless there is a holiday)

•   For the items that are out of stock or made by order-we generally email or massage the customers to let them know if an item has gone out of or if it’s available by order.

•   We take every measure to try and get your items to you on time. Although unlikely we are unable to control any delays or set back that delivery companies may experience in your country of delivery.

Please Note:
We have no control over individual user last items in the country of which delivery is to be made.

Order Cancellation

•   If you order any product and you have made the payment and after that you changed your mind then let us know within 24 hours. As the orders get processed after 24 hours.

Damaged Item Received

Each item is inspected before shipping however, in some unlikely events, USPS is a bit rough on packages and an item can damage in transit. All damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Please email us with Photographic evidence of the damage @ saffronjewels15@gmail.com. We will send a replacement once.
